Senior Manager Learning Development

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver leadership and management skills training to employees
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create holistic growth solutions to achieve business goals
  • Design, customise and deliver internal/ public training programs for employees and stakeholders
  • Design project-direct internal learning programs, including materials development, vendor management etc
  • Lead special projects to ensure specific learning outcomes optimizing learning methodologies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Leadership Development with a minimum of 10 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
  • Inquisitive mindset, enthusiastic, people person, modelling excellent leadership practices
  • Demonstrates capabilities to lead complex team-based development with knowledge of adult learning and different learning modes
  • Strategic business acumen
