Senior Executive, Human Resources
This role is responsible for the full spectrum of HR, focusing on payroll and employee experience.
Job responsibilities
- Develop and refine the full spectrum of HR operational delivery policies and processes for entire employee experience, including recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefit, employee engagement etc
- Design and implement compensation strategies and performance management systems to position organisation as an employer of choice
- Review and recommend change to HR & Admin policies in accordance with Employment Act, regulations and organisation’s goals to maintain competitiveness
- Ensure the smooth execution and management of all HR & Admin matters including HR management reporting and yearly quality assurance audit
- Provide strategic support and leadership to senior management and organization on HR matters
Job requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in any discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant HR generalist experience
- Proven experience in payroll is a must
- Possess strong analytical, communication and organizational skills to develop and streamline HR processes
