Administrative Assistant (3-week Contract)

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide secretarial support.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a variety of administrative tasks including scheduling active calendar of appointments, writing reports, compiling documents for meetings, travel arrangements, other ad hoc tasks etc.
  • Handle internal and external correspondence via emails, letters, legal documents
  • Coordinate with stakeholders in operating countries on arrangements of business meetings
  • Prepare compliance reports and materials for company-related projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Possess at least 2 years of Administrative experience
  • Proficient in English
  • High attention to details with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
