Senior Finance Manager – Business Partnering
Responsibilities:
- Analyse and develop financial strategies in alignment to business plans
- Oversees financial planning and analysis and provide valid advice to business unit leaders
- Lead budgeting and forecasting process including budget guidelines preparation, review of assumptions and create various budgeting templates
- Drive financial analysis of business units budgets, forecasts, and business plans
- Develop suitable metrics to monitor performance against forecasts and goals
- Maintain all FP&A and treasury policies including Delegation of Authority
- Coordinate treasury functions including cash, capital and loan management
- Review and implement internal control policies and procedures
- Drive digital transformation in terms of system and process of the Finance team for better effectiveness and efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification in Accounting or Finance
- More than 10 years of relevant experience in similar capacity and a minimum of 5 years in managerial capacity
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, commercial acumen and stakeholder management skill to influence senior management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Posses a high tolerance of ambiguity and a daring-do to create structures and develop processes to facilitate the growth of the organisation
