Client: Real Estate Conglomerate
Business Needs: With multiple business units, our client was expanding and seeking a Head of Investments with at least 15 years of experience in developing and executing investment strategies.
Solution: To match the best candidates for our client, Citadel conducted a vigorous interview and selection process to shortlist top candidates for the role. Further stringent elimination allowed for only a handful of candidates who were predisposed to dynamic investment challenges in the chosen markets.

Client: Global Insurance Firm
