Financial Controller
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and develop financial strategies in alignment to business plans
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations including all aspect of financial management – corporate reporting, taxation, treasury, compliance, financial planning, and analysis.
- Review and implement internal control policies and procedures.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with SGX guidelines.
- Spearhead Business Process improvement projects in the Finance team.
- Prepare SGX reporting and announcements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in similar capacity and a minimum of 5 years in managerial capacity
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification (ACCA, CA)
- Proven experience in leading a Finance department and managing audits.
- Experience in SGX reporting and announcements.
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills to drive change in the organisation.
