Senior Manager Learning Development
Responsibilities:
- Deliver leadership and management skills training to employees
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create holistic growth solutions to achieve business goals
- Design, customise and deliver internal/ public training programs for employees and stakeholders
- Design project-direct internal learning programs, including materials development, vendor management etc
- Lead special projects to ensure specific learning outcomes optimizing learning methodologies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Leadership Development with a minimum of 10 years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Inquisitive mindset, enthusiastic, people person, modelling excellent leadership practices
- Demonstrates capabilities to lead complex team-based development with knowledge of adult learning and different learning modes
- Strategic business acumen
