Client: Real Estate Conglomerate

Business Needs: With multiple business units, our client was expanding and seeking a Head of Investments with at least 15 years of experience in developing and executing investment strategies.

Solution: To match the best candidate for our client, Citadel conducted the vigorous interview and selection processes necessary to shortlist top profiles. Further stringent elimination allowed for only a handful of candidates who were disposed to dynamic challenges to be profiled.

Results: Impressed by the final candidate's solid track record and consistent performance in delivering results, our top candidate was offered the position, fulfilling our client's needs.

Client: Global Insurance Innovation Firm

Business Needs: To facilitate their expansion, they required a new team of senior innovation professionals who are familiar with the fields of Fintech, Insurtech and Health and based in Malaysia.

Solution: Citadel quickly embarked on the search by reaching out to venture builders, corporate innovation houses, Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Centre (MaGIC), and even graduates of International Centre for Education in Islamic Finance (INCEIF).

Results: Within a short span of 2 months, the search was completed for the role of Assistant Vice President of Innovation, and he was joined by two other innovation professionals shortly after.

Client: Government Technology Partner

Business Needs: As a technology partner to the Singapore Government, our client required a Patch Management Manager and a Systems Engineer who can obtain the highest security clearance to support the confidential development of latest Government technology.

Solution: Citadel managed these highly specific searches by first tapping into our existing pool of talents before leveraging on referrals and network.

Results: These candidates had to undergo multiple rounds of interviews and technical assessments before being offered the role. Our final candidates were subsequently able to obtain the security clearance required.

Client: Multinational Luxury Retailer

Business Needs: To support the year-end festive season, our client required urgent hires of 20 sales, cashiers and logistics contractors (3 to 6 months contract) in a short turnaround time.

Solution: Citadel offered our Employee Outsourcing Services to our client, where we administer the end-to-end employee management cycle for them. To find the best candidates, Citadel sourced contractors not only from the heartland malls but also through leveraging our partnerships with government agencies and tertiary institutions.

Results: Our client was very satisfied with our candidates, who went on to undergo stringent with our client and performed in their job roles.

Client: Global Tech Firm (APAC-focused)

Business Needs: Our client required a confidential search for a Solution Business Leader who could transform their company’s business model to help them remain as a top global leader in the tech industry. The ideal candidate must be able to work closely with multiple stakeholders to drive up sales revenue while expanding the customer base.

Solution: To manage the high requirements and constraints for the search, our consultant had to be meticulous as she combed LinkedIn for talents. In a short timeframe, she identified a passive jobseeker with extensive experience in the AUS-APAC region who fits the bill.

Results:
Our profiled candidate was successfully placed as the new Solution Business Leader after two rounds of interview.

Client: Global Insurance Firm

Business Needs: Our client is one of the largest insurers in the U.S. and was growing their company to develop new innovative Healthtech & Fintech solutions. They were looking for talents who can do the job and are aligned with the American heritage, such as being global-oriented and results-focused.

Solution: We were deliberate in our search strategy to ensure there is good organisational and cultural fit between the candidates and client organisation. To tackle these hard-to-fill roles due to the lack of talent pool, we expanded our search to even China, India and America.

Results: We received high praise from the Chief Innovation Officer who concurred that our candidate profiles were accurate and of high standards. We successfully placed two of our candidates in the roles of Innovation Manager and Director of Change Management.
