Senior Executive, Learning & Talent Management



  • Develop Annual Learning Calendar, schedule and promote training programs for the Asia Pacific Region 
  • Design, conduct and facilitate stand up delivery of learning programs( leadership, communication and management programs) and OD interventions deploying varied methodologies including using virtual platforms
  • Maintain and enhance learning management system( LMS) and talent management system( HRMS) 
  • Liaise, evaluate, select and work with training vendors for key training and OD needs for the Asia Pacific Region
  • Manage and support regional and global project and initiatives in learning and OD to build organisational competencies


  • Degree in Science/ Business Administration / Human Resources/ Psychology/ other relevant fields
  • Possess Training Facilitation Certificate( ie. ACLP, ACTA)
  • At least 3-5 years of working in learning and development role
  • Strong passion in facilitation, designing and conducting learning programs both f2f and virtually
  • Strong knowledge in effective learning methods and tools
  • Proficiency in MS office(Powerpoint), e-learning is an asset
